This ICF-accredited experiential training spans approximately three months and includes a mix of in-person and online learning. Delivered by Dr. Mahesh Deshmukh and Dr. Vickram Sahai, the training provides you with practical skills and insights to apply Functional Fluency effectively in coaching, leadership, and personal development.

_{Do I Need Prior Knowledge of TA?}

Functional Fluency is based on Transactional Analysis (TA). If you do not have foundational TA knowledge, you can access an optional introductory course at a minimal cost. Please contact the course leaders for more details.

Successful completion of the training enables you to access the online TIFF^© platform and questionnaire for use with your clients. You will also develop a coaching approach to guiding clients through their TIFF^© profile and feedback sessions.
