The Functional Fluency model is a brilliant resource for equipping people to make the best use of their energy. It can prompt change in organisational culture and transform lives, teams, organisations and families.
This taster course is live, online, experiential and delivered using the Zoom platform, so you can access our training from anywhere in the world.
During the workshop, there will be opportunities to practise using the Functional Fluency model interactively, with real-life scenarios.
The course is facilitated by a certified trainer from the Functional Fluency International network and qualifies as three hours of CPD (Continuing Professional Development).

Who is the Introduction to Functional Fluency course ideal for?
Those who wish to enhance their own professional and personal development, as well as those who wish to support their teams or families to flourish by developing effective patterns of behaviour.
Although not a prerequisite, the workshop is also a perfect follow-on for people interested in Transactional Analysis (TA) and who may have completed a TA101.
