Whether you are a parent, teacher, CEO, manager, leader, coach or mentor, this 3 hour primer online course will introduce you to Functional Fluency, and will enable you to build effective relationships, both professionally and in your personal life.
The Functional Fluency model is a brilliant resource for equipping people to make the best use of their energy. It can prompt change in organisational culture and transform lives, teams, organisations and families.
This 3-hour taster course is live, online, experiential and delivered using the Zoom platform, so you can access our training from anywhere in the world. Up to 6 participants can participate in this workshop.
During the course, there will be several opportunities to practise using the Functional Fluency model interactively, with real-life scenarios.
The course is facilitated by a certified trainer from the Functional Fluency International network and qualifies as three hours of CPD (Continuing Professional Development).

I did the TPLT because I wanted to be able to use an assessment tool founded in TA theory. The course has improved my confidence in talking about Functional Fluency and broader TA theory in coaching, educational and organisational settings.
