Are you working as a TIFF© provider and have you been using the Functional Fluency framework for years now and want more depth in your practice? Do you want to add an interactive, systemic modality to your toolbox as professional coach, TIFF© provider or Functional Fluency facilitator working on- or offline? Are you experiencing a plateau in your TIFF©-feedback sessions and would you like to attract more clients?
Then the Get on the Mat (GOTM) train the trainer could be for you.
This 3 x 4-hour practical training will teach you how to work with our GOTM-tool. It will strengthen your effectiveness as a helping professional and you yourself will experience a growth in your here- and-now facilitation and guiding skills.
The focus of GOTM is on how the person interacts within the systems they live in. We draw on the phenomenological approach of seeing and working with “what is” in the moment as well as embodiment techniques to enhance the understanding of Functional Fluency in a playful, practical manner.
GOTM is an amazing method for (leadership) teams, teachers, parents, partners and individuals to fully experience the importance and benefits of effective behaviour.
A maximum of 8 participants can join per workshop.
You need relevant experience so we can guide you in your professional development with the GOTM sessions for your own company/practice.
It is required that you join a GOTM session before the training starts so you can experience the way of working from the perspective of a participant. Please visit our event calendar to find out when the scheduled GOTM sessions will take place in 2023.

I did the TPLT because I wanted to be able to use an assessment tool founded in TA theory. The course has improved my confidence in talking about Functional Fluency and broader TA theory in coaching, educational and organisational settings. The buddy group gave great opportunities to practise, share ideas and gain mutual support. The supervision provided was invaluable throughout the process.
If you want to work with behaviours with your clients, the TIFF tool has great rigour and research behind it. Clients ‘get’ the Functional Fluency model and can access its value to their development immediately. It’s visually engaging and stimulates good dialogue. The language is easy to transfer into any setting, especially the workplace. The Functional Fluency International community is also passionate and engaging.
I particularly appreciated the attentiveness and commitment of the trainers and the supervision was invaluable. The course has helped me look at my own behaviour – when I act effectively and when I lose my energy. I have gained a valuable tool to work with professionally.
