Certified GOTM© Facilitator Training

Open to all Coaches and Helping Professionals

This comprehensive training, consisting of four 4-hour sessions, is designed for coaches and helping professionals seeking to enhance their practice with Functional Fluency 'Get on the Mat' (GOTM©) sessions.

• Facilitate GOTM© Workshops: Gain the skills to lead GOTM© workshops, providing a unique and transformative experience for clients both online and offline using the Functional Fluency model.
• Systemic Approach: Learn to integrate a systemic (constellation) framework, offering deep insights into Functional Fluency.
• Phenomenological Practice: Practice phenomenological approaches and embodiment techniques to effectively utilise Functional Fluency.
• Clarity and Insights: Explore issues through a living representation on the mat, engaging with the "Knowing Field" to gain clarity and insights.

Note: The training focuses on facilitating the GOTM© process using our virtual tool. Physical mats for in-person sessions can be purchased separately, and facilitation can be adapted accordingly post-training.

^{Pre-Training Requirements:}

• TIFF© Feedback Session: Participants must have undergone a TIFF© feedback session to explore their TIFF© Profile within the last 6 months. Contact Leona Bishop at leona@functionalfluency.com if you need to complete a TIFF© session.
• GOTM© Workshop Participation: Participants must have attended at least one GOTM workshop as a participant within the last six months. 

_{Attendance Requirements:}

Commitment to full attendance of all four scheduled training modules is a requirement for acceptance onto the training. If you will not be able to attend all the dates please sign up to the next available cohort after this where you can attend all dates.

Our reasoning for this is because if someone cannot attend one module then they would be absent for 25% of the course. From our perspective this could seriously impede learning and negatively impact the group process. As such this is a firm boundary for us.

We understand that unexpected challenges may arise for people during a course and this cannot be helped - as such where this happens and where reasonably possible we will seek to be flexible and offer you to move on to the next available cohort.

Note: The workshop fee is included in the GOTM© Facilitator training fee. If you have already attended a workshop, contact us at info@functionalfluency.com to register, and we will deduct your workshop fee from the GOTM© FT fee and send you an invoice manually.
Introductory Training: Preferably, participants should have completed at least 3 hours of introductory training in Functional Fluency with FFI or another trainer.

Fee: €1050 (excl. VAT)

Includes:

• Comprehensive training materials (both written and audiovisual)
• 16 hours of live taught and experiential training across four modules
• 1.5 hours of supervision
• Certification as a GOTM© Facilitator
• One-year FFI GOTM© Membership

Upon successful completion, you will be certified to use the GOTM© tool professionally and receive a one-year GOTM© facilitator membership in the international Functional Fluency network.
