I focus on empowering individuals, groups, teams and organisations to explore, develop and evolve. I would describe myself as a courageous professional who is psychologically informed and is well versed on insersectionality and the complexity of systems and culture.

I am fuelled by the spirit of empowerment in all of my work. I have an energetic and straightforward approach. I am warm, playful and use my creativity to weave the process of the work by using my spontaneity and ability to structure.

In addition to my Functional Fluency practice I am an ICF & EMCC credentialed individual & team coach, supervisor, coach trainer and mentor coach. I am also an accredited counsellor, psychotherapist and an NLP master coach.
