Hi, I’m Sally.

I am a licensed TIFF© Provider and Functional Fluency Connector for the South African region.

If you have seen our trailer video for Functional Fluency then you will already know a little bit about me, but for those that haven’t let me share my experience with you here!

I first became acquainted with TIFF© in 2016. Working through my TIFF© profile, and understanding my behavioural patterns, really equipped me well in my executive function to maintain a motivated workforce, whilst navigating significant organisational changes.

In 2018 I became a licensed TIFF© provider. Having connected with many like-minded peers during the course re-ignited my passion and curiosity for people and growth, and I am now a personal development and life coach. I use TIFF© and Functional Fluency with many of my clients as it is so beneficial and applicable to anyone in any situation regardless of position or profession.

Although I sometimes still slip into the ineffective modes (nobody is perfect right?!), practising ‘Functional Fluency’ has been an inspiring and interesting journey for me, and one that I will continue to use personally, and share the benefits of with others in the future.

I am very excited and privileged to be part of the newly formed content creation team where I can continue to share my passion for TIFF© and FFI!

Your Personal TIFF Experience

A great way to start getting to know Functional Fluency is through your own personal "TIFF Experience". This process really puts the "personal" back into "personal development".

You can choose a licenced TIFF provider, who you feel you can connect with. This person will provide you with a link to fill in a TIFF questionnaire online in your own time. The result of this will be a snapshot of your patterns of social behaviour. In a collaborative one-on-one feeback session, your TIFF provider will support you in making sense of your behavioural profile and provide guidance for how to use this information.
