Hi, I’m Sally!
At Functional Fluency International, I aim to creating clear, practical content that helps bring the model to life - not as theory, but as something people can genuinely work with.
My focus is on translating the depth of Functional Fluency into visuals, infographics, workbooks, and other learning resources that support understanding, application, and confidence in everyday practice.
This work is grounded in my own long-standing experience of organisational life. Before moving into coaching, I spent many years in international corporate and executive roles, working within complex systems and alongside people navigating change, pressure, and competing demands. That background continues to shape how I understand behaviour at work - not as something abstract, but as something lived, relational, and often constrained by context.
I’ve been working with Functional Fluency and TIFF© since 2016, and became a Licensed TIFF© Provider in 2018. Using my own profile helped me to recognise behavioural patterns and offered a practical way of staying reflective and effective under pressure, particularly while navigating complex organisational change.
Alongside my work with Functional Fluency International, I practise as a personal development and executive coach, integrating the model consistently into my coaching work.
Functional Fluency sits underneath everything I do. I integrate it across my work because it offers a shared, non-judgemental language for behaviour that makes sense in organisational, professional, and personal contexts alike.
My coaching practice, corporate experience, and ongoing use of Functional Fluency all help to inform the content I create for FFI. What I produce is shaped by real questions and real situations - moments where people are trying to make sense of behaviour, interaction, and impact. The intention is always the same: to support people to notice more, reflect more clearly, and choose how they respond.
