Antoinette van Reekum graduated as Management Economy and Law (HRM 1990, HEAO Utrecht as best student). Since 1998 I have been active as a trainer in Shine Academy as a trainer in management skills, as a trainer of customer-contact skills in commercial environments, as trainer in personal growth, presentation techniques and as (team)coach.

In 2000 I founded my own company: Shine Academy. A company for training & coaching with effect! Shine Academy and I focus on main topics:
