_{My Professional background:}

I have worked in L&D for over 25 years in both the public and private sector. I am a qualified coach as well as in TIFF.

I use Functional Fluency in both coaching 121 sessions as well as in group settings, focusing on personal and management development.

_{Why I chose Functional Fluency:}

As an organisation we decided to train our L&D consultants in TIFF to enable us to incorporate the model and the profiling tool in our leadership training.

The model has had a significant impact on my life personally as well as transforming the thinking of many coachees.

_{How I use FF / TIFF / GOTM:}

I primarily use the profile with coachees but also with our coaching network members, to introduce them to the model and help develop their own self-awareness.
