I am an experienced HR and organizational development consultant, corporate trainer and executive coach who brings in TIFF with other proven organizational development approaches. In the last fifteen years approximately, I have led various assignments in design, development and implementation of change initiatives to accomplish the organizational goals. I enjoy working with the key stakeholders in diagnosing organizational issues and finding relevant solutions through consultations with the leadership teams. I have found TIFF to be a truly effective tool in enhancing the emotional literacy of the leaders and how they can impact their teams positively such that it unleashes their individual and collective energies. I am of the firm belief that a development program with TIFF as a key enabler is bound to result in sustaining the gains.
