I am an HR and Organisational Development professional with experience in many industry sectors from automotive to consumer goods to my most recent employer; a global internet company. I qualified as a Certified Transactional Analyst in the Organisational field in November 2019. Studying Transactional Analysis led me to discovering Functional Fluency and the Temple Index of Functional Fluency (TIFF) and I completed my licensing in 2014 and have used both regularly in my work since then. At the heart of my professional work I enjoy enabling people to channel their energy productively in pursuit of professional goals or self development within their respective organisations. In these COVID-19 times it is worth stating I am experienced in working virtually.
