I have been working in the field of Human Resources as a consultant and manager in different sectors for more than 20 years. I have extensive experience in Human Resources processes and I continue my professional journey in this field with passion.

My interest in human behavior guides me both in my professional and personal journey. Throughout this process, I have developed a deeper curiosity to understand the dynamics underlying behaviors. This curiosity, combined with my research and readings in psychology as well as the professional coaching training I have received, introduced me to the TIFF and Functional Fluency Model.

Through this model, I guide individuals in better understanding themselves and their surroundings, helping them take effective steps toward a higher quality of life. My belief in the power of transforming human behavior continues to motivate me on this journey.

As a TIFF provider, I continue to work with the aim of providing sustainable solutions to increase the potential of individuals and therefore society, and I continue to learn constantly.
