The TIFF profiling tool enables people to enhance their use of Functional Fluency to make decisions and build better relationships.
As an experienced COO, I bring my practical experience, transactional analysis training and passion for problem solving to enhance corporate cultures to drive better employee, customer and shareholder outcomes.
When not working, you can find me at the theatre, hiking, wine tasting or playing golf...never all at the same time but often artfully combining said interests ;)
