Martin van den Blink

Hi, my name is Martin and my company is called Balance for a reason. To me, finding your passion and following it through means balancing all the different physical, financial, social, intellectual and spiritual components of your life. That has not always been easy for me. Raised in Curaçao, I studied in The Netherlands and returned to my island to contribute to its growth. The Dutch Caribbean is filled with potential waiting to be unlocked and to me coaching teams and professionals is key. A coaching trajectory is a joint voyage of discovery on which we both embark. A journey guided by authentic conversations, leaving the final destination up to you. I have always been fascinated by the choices people make once they find their true path.
