After two decades of working in management and executive leadership roles, I headed out of corporate South Africa to focus on empowering leaders and teams in businesses worldwide.

In 2016, I encountered Transactional Analysis and have since studied and used this powerful psychological modality to train and coach leaders, teams, and individuals to be more effective and engaged.

The research shows that the quality of relationships within an organisation is the foundation for the quality of thinking, action, and results. Managing your energy in effective modes in relationships is key to building a resilient, eager, and committed workforce.
