Hanneke van Winkelen

As a professional in Learning & Development I have a keen interest in what moves people and how they learn: the power of ‘small’ often makes the biggest difference. I believe in empathy: in leadership, in cooperation and in customer service. The ability to place yourself in someone else’s shoes is a prerequisite for success, both personal and in business. My experience as a manager, trainer and coach for Customer Contact Services and HR are complemented by extensive experience as a trainer in communication skills (Achmea, ING, Haaglanden MC, Mediahuis, CZ, ECCO, a.o.). Besides working with Functional Fluency and being a TIFF provider I work as a certified DISC professional and trainer in emotional intelligence (EQ in Action profile) and Transactional Analysis.
