I am an independent learning consultant based in Oxfordshire, UK; a coach, facilitator and trainer, and a licensed TIFF Provider. I work with individuals and teams in the public and private sector and in higher education on leadership, communication skills, resilience and maximising personal and professional effectiveness especially when through stress and uncertainty.

In my view, people learn and thrive when the conditions are right and their systems allow.

TIFF is a wonderful tool for creating these conditions for my clients. To be able to use our energy more effectively is a skill which benefits every aspect of our lives, and Functional Fluency is a robust structure for exploring what we do and how we might ‘do differently’. It is exciting to be able to offer a framework for thinking that is optimistic, pragmatic, and full of potential – whatever the context.
