Open to All Coaches and Helping Professionals

Join our intensive training program designed for coaches and helping professionals who want to deepen their practice with Functional Fluency 'Get on the Mat' (GOTM©) sessions. This training consists of four comprehensive 4-hour modules, equipping you with essential skills to lead transformative workshops both online and offline.

Module 1: Functional Fluency & Systemic Practice: The Fundamentals

Module 4: Functionally Fluent Facilitation

_{Pre-Training Requirements:}

TIFF© Feedback Session within the last 6 months.
Attendance at least one GOTM workshop as a participant in the last six months.

^{Attendance Requirements:}

Commitment to full attendance of all four scheduled training modules is a requirement for acceptance onto the training. If you will not be able to attend all the dates please sign up to the next available cohort after this where you can attend all dates.

Our reasoning for this is because if someone cannot attend one module then they would be absent for 25% of the course. From our perspective this could seriously impede learning and negatively impact the group process. As such this is a firm boundary for us.

We understand that unexpected challenges may arise for people during a course and this cannot be helped - as such where this happens and where reasonably possible we will seek to be flexible and offer you to move on to the next available cohort.

Fee: €1050 (excl. VAT)
Includes: Comprehensive training materials, 16 hours of live taught sessions, certification as a GOTM© Facilitator, and one-year FFI GOTM© Membership.
