For school leaders and educators of all levels and experience
In today’s schools, leaders are expected to do more than just manage — they are expected to inspire, adapt, and lead with purpose in an ever-changing environment. But even the most experienced leaders can feel overwhelmed, caught in reactive cycles and patterns, stretched too thin, or unsure how to bring their best self into complex situations.
That’s where Functional Fluency comes in.
What is this program?
The Functionally Fluent School Leaders' Program is a unique blend of coaching, experiential learning, and practical behavioural-focused development experience tailored specifically for those in education.
Using the Functional Fluency model, a proven behavioural framework, you will gain insight into what drives your responses under pressure, how your behaviour affects others, and how to shift from automatic reactions to intentional, effective leadership.
You will also receive your own individual TIFF© profile (Temple Index of Functional Fluency) which offers a unique snapshot of your behavioural tendencies and energy use across nine modes of behaviour, have a 1:1 TIFF© feedback and coaching session, create a personalised action plan, and experience our unique Get on the mat!© (GOTM©) method during each group coaching session.
Whether you're newly promoted or years into your role, this program provides space to reflect, recalibrate, reconnect with your purpose and lead with greater clarity, confidence, and intention.
