Co-creative Transactional Analysis (TA) is an approach that emphasises ‘ongoing mutual influence’ and contemplates ways-of-being-with-one another. It is rich in describing development of theory, and with that deepening, an understanding of ego-states, transactions, games and scripts.
Functional Fluency provides tools and ways of working with these understandings, bringing them into practice co-creatively.
This 4-hour workshop is an introduction into using the Functional Fluency model from a Co-Creative starting point.

Uncover practical tools to work with Functional Fluency alongside TA concepts, bringing them to life through a co-creative lens.
This workshop provides basic knowledge of Co-creative Transactional Analysis to people without prior TA experience and thus equips TA ‘newbies’ to take part in the TIFF© Provider Licensing Training if they wish.
This workshop is aimed at all types of helping professionals (Coaches, Counsellors, Therapists, Social Workers, Educators, Youth Leaders, Medical or Hospice workers, Leaders), and for anyone interested in expanding their TA knowledge with a practical, hands-on approach.
Individuals with a deeper understanding of TA have also discovered this workshop to be a valuable, eye-opening and enriching experience.
If you are on your way to becoming a Certified Transactional Analyst you will be happy to know that this workshop contributes 4 training hours to your CTA requirements. Please let us know in advance if you are under a CTA contract.

I did the TPLT because I wanted to be able to use an assessment tool founded in TA theory. The course has improved my confidence in talking about Functional Fluency and broader TA theory in coaching, educational and organisational settings.
