For helping professionals. Are you seeking to deepen your understanding of human interactions and relationships?
Join us for our enlightening workshop: "Functional Fluency and Co-Creative Transactional Analysis."
Co-creative Transactional Analysis (TA) is an approach that emphasises ‘ongoing mutual influence’ and contemplates ways-of-being-with-one another. It is rich in describing development of theory, and with that deepening, an understanding of ego-states, transactions, games and scripts. Functional Fluency provides tools and ways of working with these understandings, bringing them into practice co-creatively. This 4-hour workshop is an introduction into using the Functional Fluency model from a Co-Creative starting point.
What to Expect:
Bring scenarios and experiences together to work and play with and make sense of.
Uncover practical tools to work with Functional Fluency alongside TA concepts, bringing them to life through a co-creative lens.
This workshop is aimed at all types of helping professionals (Coaches, Counsellors, Therapists, Social Workers, Educators, Youth Leaders, Medical or Hospice workers, Leaders), and for anyone interested in expanding their TA knowledge with a practical, hands-on approach.
Individuals with a deeper understanding of TA have also discovered this workshop to be a valuable, eye-opening and enriching experience.

I did the TPLT because I wanted to be able to use an assessment tool founded in TA theory. The course has improved my confidence in talking about Functional Fluency and broader TA theory in coaching, educational and organisational settings. The buddy group gave great opportunities to practise, share ideas and gain mutual support. The supervision provided was invaluable throughout the process.

If you want to work with behaviours with your clients, the TIFF tool has great rigour and research behind it. Clients ‘get’ the Functional Fluency model and can access its value to their development immediately. It’s visually engaging and stimulates good dialogue. The language is easy to transfer into any setting, especially the workplace. The Functional Fluency International community is also passionate and engaging.

I particularly appreciated the attentiveness and commitment of the trainers and the supervision was invaluable. The course has helped me look at my own behaviour – when I act effectively and when I lose my energy. I have gained a valuable tool to work with professionally.
