Can I bear to be this person? That is a sentence that caught me some years ago when I was frustrated about my own behaviour and disturbed by that of others. Working with Transactional Analysis first and Functional Fluency later, I learned to use Fluent behavior as a way of accepting myself and others and get the best out of every day. From embracing the stories that I have lived and experienced that make who I am, I also have the ability to make aware choices how I show up in this world today. Since then, I can definitely bear to be me, love life and respond to what the world is offering me.
