Train the TPLT Trainer Certification

Price in consultation

For experienced TIFF© Providers only!

If you would like to take your Functional Fluency training to the next level and want to train to deliver the above TPLT accredited online course, you have come to the right place.

The training to become a certified TIFF© Provider Trainer includes gaining practical experience as a TIFF© Provider, observation of an experienced TIFF© Trainer conducting training courses, as well as training a new group of TIFF© Providers under the supervision of an experienced trainer. Please click the Extra information button below  for more information about the requirements and (time) investment to become a certified TIFF© Provider Trainer.

Becoming a TPLT trainer – just like becoming a TIFF© Provider – is more a journey of self-development than an event or checklist. As trainers add Functional Fluency and TIFF© to their toolbox, they also grow and increase their personal development. Thus they are able to bring their whole selves into their work with others in a way that they would not have done before experiencing this journey.

Since this journey does not take the same amount of time or the same number of supervision sessions for everyone, the Functional Fluency supervisor is the one who decides – together with the Trainer in Training – when the person is ready to be certified as a TPLT Trainer.

Transformation stories

I did the TPLT because I wanted to be able to use an assessment tool founded in TA theory. The course has improved my confidence in talking about Functional Fluency and broader TA theory in coaching, educational and organisational settings. The buddy group gave great opportunities to practise, share ideas and gain mutual support. The supervision provided was invaluable throughout the process.

If you want to work with behaviours with your clients, the TIFF tool has great rigour and research behind it. Clients ‘get’ the Functional Fluency model and can access its value to their development immediately. It’s visually engaging and stimulates good dialogue. The language is easy to transfer into any setting, especially the workplace. The Functional Fluency International community is also passionate and engaging.

I particularly appreciated the attentiveness and commitment of the trainers and the supervision was invaluable. The course has helped me look at my own behaviour – when I act effectively and when I lose my energy. I have gained a valuable tool to work with professionally.
