Experience the power of effective behaviour and communication with our dynamic and immersive three-hour online workshop on Functional Fluency. Join us for an enriching experience on the ‘Functional Fluency Mat’ that promises to enhance your communication skills, boost collaboration, and elevate your personal and professional relationships.
This workshop is offered three times this year in February, May and October and is open to a maximum of 8 participants per session.

Functional Fluency is more than just communication; it's about understanding the dynamics at play in your interactions within yourself and with others. This workshop goes beyond the basics, equipping you with a practical tool that enables you to develop a deeper self-awareness and to respond and interact effectively in any given situation. It is also about creating a language that unifies people. Leading questions are: Do I and others benefit and am I achieving what matters most.
Explore the nine behavioural modes: Delve into the Functional Fluency model and understand the nine behavioural modes that influence your interactions.
Experiential activities: Engage in interactive exercises on the virtual ‘Mat’ designed to apply Functional Fluency in real-life scenarios of workshop participants.
Practical strategies: Learn actionable strategies to enhance your communication skills and create a positive impact in your personal and professional life.

Spaces are limited to eight participants. A maximum of four people will have the opportunity to explore their own real-life scenario using the Functional Fluency mat. The other four participants will have the opportunity to observe, learn and make connections to their own real-life scenarios.

I did the TPLT because I wanted to be able to use an assessment tool founded in TA theory. The course has improved my confidence in talking about Functional Fluency and broader TA theory in coaching, educational and organisational settings. The buddy group gave great opportunities to practise, share ideas and gain mutual support. The supervision provided was invaluable throughout the process.
