A practical and personal way to experience Functional Fluency for yourself.

Behaviour is always shaped by context. How we respond depends on the situation, the people involved, and what matters in that moment. Functional Fluency helps you become more aware of this, so you can choose responses that are both effective and appropriate.

At the heart of this approach are simple questions you can return to in any situation:

• Do I benefit, and do others benefit?
• Are we achieving what matters most in this context?

The process begins with completing the online TIFF© questionnaire in your own time, giving a snapshot of your current patterns of social behaviour.

After completing the TIFF© questionnaire, you will meet one-to-one with a licensed TIFF© Provider, who will guide you through your results and help you make sense of them.
