The Functional Fluency Virtual Card Deck© enables you to work with the behavioural descriptor sorting process in a fully interactive online environment. Designed for professionals working with individuals, groups, or teams, it allows you and your participants to actively explore how behaviours relate to the nine modes of the Functional Fluency model.

Participants engage directly with the Functional Fluency model by moving descriptors within a shared digital space, making it particularly suited for online coaching, facilitation, and training.

Available exclusively to members of the Functional Fluency Community, the Virtual Card Deck can be accessed for €20 per year (excluding VAT).

Within the online interactive Functional Fluency room, you and your participants can work with a virtual version of the Functional Fkuency model, including:

• The 9 Behavioural Modes
• The 54 Behavioural Descriptors

Using a simple drag and drop interface, the descriptor cards can be moved and positioned within the model. This creates an active learning experience where participants explore how behaviours relate to each mode and how patterns emerge in practice.

You can invite participants to join your session via your account. Once everyone is in the interactive room, you can begin working together with the model in real time.
