This tool offers a practical and interactive way for the people you partner with to experience the Functional Fluency model in action. By engaging with the virtual Functional Fluency mat, they can explore different situations, move through scenarios, and gain insight into their strengths and where they may be losing energy.
The virtual environment represents the nine modes of behaviour within the Functional Fluency model. As a facilitator, you guide the process while participants place and move elements that represent people and different aspects of a situation, making the experience both visual and experiential.

Once this is in place, the tool will be added to your personal page on the website, and you will receive login details to access the interactive Functional Fluency room.
If you are new to systemic work, we recommend joining the GOTM© Facilitator Training to gain the skills needed to use the tool effectively.
