Agnieszka Woś-Szymanowska

I am a business consultant and psychologist with a Master's degree in Psychology and Executive MBA graduate of the Transactional Analysis school of Psychotherapy. I provide consulting for decision makers in organisations and supervision for business consultants. As a consultant, I support owners and leaders in development of their business area by addressing business and psychological processes. As a supervisor, I support supervisees in recognising the dynamics of their relationships with clients and in identifying personal areas for development in a role of a business consultant. The Functional Fluency model supports me in both of these roles. It is a valuable tool in identifying resources, areas for development, personal and business goals for leaders, managers and business consultants.
