Elisabete Ramalho

Elisabete started her career transforming the marketing and sales operations of a multinational manufacturing company in Portugal. She joined Google in 2007, having built, grown and transformed business functions in Ireland, France and the USA. She has been an internal leadership coach at Google since 2015 and earned her ACC certification by ICF in 20219.

Elisabete is a Member of the Advisory Board and Coach to the CEO and Founders of Invygo.com, a fast-growing mobility startup in the Middle East since 2019. She is also a Member of the Advisory Board of the Tech MBA of the Instituto de Empresa (IE) Business School since December 2020. She is a professor of Technology and Innovation Management to Executive MBA students at the IE Business School for some years now too. Outside of her career, Elisabete is a proud wife and the mother of two wonderful twin boys.
