I'm a Dubai-based coach, facilitator, and bestselling author, helping individuals and teams navigate meaningful change and drive stronger collaboration, communication, and results.

Early in my career, I co-founded a family business and grew it from almost nothing into something substantial. I later moved into independent work, focusing on developing teams, grooming managers into leaders, and coaching individuals to bring out the best in themselves and others around them.

Functional Fluency gives people a simple yet powerful way to see their own patterns, name them, and consciously shift beyond them.
I use the TIFF profile to build self-awareness in individuals and teams, and GOTM as an interactive tool to reveal hidden dynamics and explore alternative options grounded in clarity, conscious choice, and inner alignment.
