I have built my career as HR professional in consulting and talent development, creating and leading programs that help people grow. I run All About People, where we design interactive learning experience using exclusively FF model. passionate about connecting strategy with real human impact.

I chose Functional Fluency because it turns development into clear, actionable journey. It has transformed how I see growth-helping me embrace change, make decisions with confidence and guide others to do the same.

At All About People, I use Functional Fluency and TIFF to help teams and individuals understand their behaviors, energy and impact. In our workshops, we explore how energy shifts across behaviors, making growth tangible and interactive.
