Hello, I'm Katarina. With over 22 years of experience in sales and a PhD in Economics, I have dedicated my career to understanding what drives performance, fosters connection, and produces meaningful results in professional environments.

I am an Organisational Transactional Analyst in education. My coaching approach is rooted in the principles of Organisational TA and NLP, providing a structured and human-centered perspective on communication, responsibility, and team dynamics. As a certified TIFF Provider, I incorporate Functional Fluency as a potent framework to enhance clarity, autonomy, and effectiveness in leadership, collaboration, and relationships. I value how it helps clients and myself recognise what’s already working and intentionally build on those strengths. What fuels me most is discovering practical, sustainable strategies to support people's development.
