Katarina Toković

Hi, I am Katarina and I have a lifelong passion for learning, development and working with people and organisations.

I work as a trainer, consultant and coach (EMCC EIA Practitioner) combining knowledge as a Organisational Transactional Analyst in education and NLP practitioner. In my work focus is on what drives performance, fosters connection, and produces meaningful results and responsibility in professional environments.

I chose FF for its power to turn awareness into action. It helps me see what is working and intentionally build on those strengths for autonomy.

I integrate FF into my daily work and use TIFF in trainings and workshops. Together, we explore how individual behaviours impact the working environment, helping clients build clarity, and effectiveness.
