I have many years experience in education and local government children's services. I am dedicated to helping individuals and teams with a particular interest in supporting future leaders in children's services.
I use a range of models and ideas including Transactional Analysis and Solution Focused Brief Therapy. I have found the Functional Fluency model enables leaders to gain insights into their interactions with others and consider how to choose more effective behaviours to improve outcomes for themselves and others.
