Alongside coaching, my main field of work is team development and team coaching. I also work in the social sector and public administration.

After working in HR within the chemical industry, I have worked with many clients, from Daimler to Commerzbank. My main areas of expertise are coaching, team development, leadership development and organisational culture development.

Functional Fluency quickly helps people tap into their strengths, highlights potential blind spots and pitfalls, and provides clear pointers for expanding one’s range of options. FF has become an integral part of my daily life. I also pay attention to where clients are utilising their resources and where they may be wasting energy. TIFF helps me, particularly in coaching, to provide feedback and direction. To understand more complex contexts, GOTM is a great tool for looking beyond the obvious and quickly finding solutions. The new Teamscan is also a good way to connect teams on a deeper level.

I am someone who can quickly empathise with clients’ issues; I am described as pragmatic and practice-oriented, and I always make sure there’s a sense of fun.
