I am an experienced trainer and coach, working with individuals and groups on their personal and professional development in a wide range of settings. I believe that enabling people to make changes is enhanced by increasing their awareness of themselves, especially behaviours, attitudes and emotions. I use a range of models and ideas including Transactional Analysis and I have found that the Functional Fluency model enables people to gain important insights into their interactions with others, including as managers and leaders. The TIFF profiling tool enables people to enhance their use of Functional Fluency in whatever way is useful to them.
