As a former Executive Director, I have overcome many challenges both professionally and personally, which drives my devotion to help individuals develop and empower themselves, utilise their strengths, reach their goals, and achieve their full potential. My coaching philosophy is grounded in trust, transparency and authenticity and I always follow a Client-centric, organic approach, providing a safe space to speak freely without any judgement whatsoever.
