Catherine Allen

Catherine is an experienced learning designer, facilitator and coach.
She specialises in all aspects of leadership, communication, customer experience and group dynamics.
Having previously gained 20 years’ experience in managing large retail units, she has personal experience in all these concepts, which provides a frame of reference in these areas.
She believes in spending time on professional and personal development, and that every day can be a 'school day' if we are open to learning.
Alongside practical in role experience she has spent recent years in a learning and development role having studied in Transactional Analysis and Neuro Linguistic Programming.
