I have many years' experience working in guidance, development and management roles in adult education and business in Cornwall, and am committed to helping people flourish in their professional and personal roles. I have been a licensed TIFF^© Provider since 2006 and have helped hundreds of people to use the Functional Fluency model to enhance their self-awareness and learn to relate more effectively to others. I value and enjoy supporting individuals and teams to grow in confidence through the empowerment TIFF^© brings, helping them to use their strengths and bring about the changes they want to see.
