Anne-Lot De Heus
Hi, my name is Anne-Lot. As a trainer and coach, I want to help people, teams and organisations grow and get into action to achieve their goals. This often requires sustainable behavioural change and that can be uncomfortable. You probably know the saying: “Change begins at the end of your comfort zone.”
My passion is to intervene in the right place, at the right moment and in the right manner, to create new insights, awareness and realise actual change. The goal is to achieve personal successes and to reach common goals. I am convinced that self-awareness and effective communication are the foundation for personal effectiveness and better cooperation. My focus is on reconnecting people and teams with themselves and with each other.
I combine my work and life experience with tools and methods derived from Transactional Analysis, Neuro Linguistic Programming, Systemic Work, Functional Fluency, DISC and Drives, LEGO Serious Play and Nonviolent Communication.
What inspires me most when working with the Temple Index of Functional Fluency is that it values the strength of our accounting mode. It makes clear that you hold the keys to effective behaviour. Furthermore, it’s a very practical tool to bring about positive change and development within yourself and in relation to others.
My style as a trainer and coach is enthusiastic, honest, positive, empathic, result-oriented and involved. My strength lies in alternating between a methodical approach and working from a strongly developed intuition. It is appreciated that I know how to create a safe environment for learning and that the insights I share are clear, sharp and helpful.
