I am an experienced professor of strategic communication and a higher education leader. My doctoral thesis is in the area of Functional Fluency and its application in improving interpersonal effectiveness in the aviation industry. I have published several research papers on Functional Fluency in multi-disciplinary research areas - coaching, strategic communication, millennials, and customer service. As an executive & life coach, I find the TIFF tool supports a deep-dive discovery during coaching that brings awareness and helps the clients maximize their will. I genuinely believe that Functional Fluency training helps in reducing stress, communicating more effectively, and finding relationships more satisfying and successful.
