Over 21+ years of experience in OD (Organisation Development) & Change Facilitation, Creating Learning & Development solutions, Employee Relations & Engagement. Have been associated with JCB India, CNHi (Case New Holland Tractors) as India L&D Lead. Current working with RICO Auto as Chief General Manager – HR.

I am a Single Mother with one daughter. I enjoy arts, dance, watching documentaries, running and gardening.
