Anne O’Dwyer

Anne has more than 20 years’ experience as an independent executive coach, facilitator and leadership development consultant, following a successful career as a producer and presenter with the BBC. Her particular area of interest and expertise is supporting individuals and teams to improve communication and interpersonal skills. Functional Fluency forms the backbone of much of her work, helping both experienced and emerging leaders identify and master the skills needed to present themselves with confidence and authenticity, and effectively handle situations, however difficult the challenges they face. Anne holds a Diploma in Executive Coaching, formal qualifications in a range of psychometrics and is an Associate Consultant for the Oxford Centre for Staff and Learning Development (OCSLD) at Oxford Brookes University.
