This free 90-minute online session is exclusively for our FFI members (GOTM© and TIFF© Providers). We invite you to step "behind the scenes" as the FFI Core Team shares how we use the Accounting mode to navigate our daily interactions, manage our energy, and stay connected as colleagues.
Whether you are a TIFF© Provider or GOTM© Facilitator, this session offers a lived example of Functional Fluency in organisational life.
Facilitated by the FFI Core Team, this session will:
Demystify Accounting: Move beyond the theory to see how "using Accounting" functions during real-world team challenges.
Internal Dynamics: Share honest stories of how we use Accounting to balance the 'Golden Five' and step out of the 'Pitfall Four'.
Practical Tools: Demonstrate how we use Accounting to process feedback, manage deadlines, and maintain psychological safety.
Reflective Space: Offer members a chance to reflect on their own "Accounting" habits within their professional teams.
