Leona Bishop - Strategy & Business Development
Hi, I'm Leona, one of the founders and managing director of Functional Fluency International. I became a Licensed TIFF© Provider in 2015 and since then have experienced the incredible power and positive impact of the Functional Fluency model and TIFF© when working with clients. I am driven by a desire to improve individual and collective well-being.
My positive experience with Functional Fluency and TIFF led me to become a huge promoter of the model and the tool. I trained to become a TIFF Provider Trainer in 2015 - 2016 and took on the role of FF Coordinator for the Caribbean from 2015 - 2020. I am proud of the professionals on Curaçao who I have trained and who are currently spreading FF and TIFF in that part of the world.
In 2020 I chose to dedicate allmost all of my working-time to build up and strengthen Functional Fluency International together with my wonderful colleagues. The experience of working intensely with a new group of people and finding our way to deal effectively with all kinds of challenges and adversity has (had) great value for me. Being aware of the stages of team development we have been through (and are still going through) and actively using Functional Fluency, makes all the difference. We continuously take into account that we need to 'practice what we preach'.
I feel extremely honoured that Susannah Temple, the creator of Functional Fluency and TIFF, has put her trust in my colleagues and me to continue to spread her creation and work in organisations, teams, groups and individuals throughout the world as a model and a tool for success and satisfaction in personal and professional life.
