Delphine Oliver
Delphine Oliver is a seasoned physiotherapist (MSc.) and Integral Coach (ICF-PCC) with over three decades of experience supporting individuals and groups.
Her work is rooted in the belief that nurturing our relationship with ourselves enhances our integrity and authenticity in interactions with others, which is essential for both inner and outer leadership.
Delphine emphasizes the importance of regulating our nervous system, emotions, and thoughts to cultivate effective relationships in both professional and personal contexts. This capacity to respond thoughtfully rather than react habitually in challenging situations is central to her coaching philosophy.
She advocates for developing self-regulation, self-awareness, and inner leadership as critical lifelong skills for leading an engaged and purposeful life in a complex, rapidly changing world. Her eclectic coaching approach integrates insights from neuroscience, the Enneagram, Leadership Maturity Framework, Family and System’s Constellations, and Functional Fluency.
Her extensive professional background includes working with private and non-profit organizations, offering coaching in both group settings and one-on-one sessions. Delphine also facilitates group processes aimed at enhancing self-awareness and self-regulation, linking these skills to building effective relationships.
In her personal life, Delphine is dedicated to raising three children with her husband. She navigates her Swiss heritage alongside the rich cultural tapestry of South Africa, bringing a valuable cross-cultural perspective to her work and life.
