Adrian Jackson
Adrian has over 20 years experience as an HR Director in large complex multinational organisations (100,000+ employees). He now works as a coach, mentor and reward consultant part time for Vodafone and part time for Tyler Haddock (a small consulting company he set up in 2021). Over the years he has found that many of the issues his clients want to discuss are principally about relationships: relationships with a boss, with peers, with direct reports, or with customers. As such, functional fluency provides a great starting point to discuss these issues and a shared language to explore new ways of working.
